In 2023, LIP chose to focus on the positive. We see the numbers as a reflection of the incredible possibilities ahead—each one representing a chance to change a young life for the better.
In February 2019, Comunilife launched Ni Una Más, a public awareness campaign focused on reducing suicide among Latina adolescents.
What began in Washington Heights through print and social media quickly expanded throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and into Poughkeepsie and Yonkers.
In 2020, we partnered with the Media and Communications Arts Department at The City College of New York to develop a campaign promoting our work and encouraging both small and large donors to support our mission.
Students contributed with impactful ideas that inspired the next phase of our efforts.
With the unwavering support of the Hispanic Federation, we have continued to bring a message of hope to our community. Our bilingual social media and billboard campaigns reach both teens and parents where they are.
Every year, we evolve and expand our communications to meet the needs of the growing communities we support.
